In October AjA students’ work was used as support material for a piece on youth living in poverty, featured on American Public Media’s Markeplace radio show. The students were a part of this summer’s PhotoCity, a program that asks youth to turn the lens outward and critically examine community issues. This program, focusing on land use and the built environment, was run in partnership with the Speak City Heights collaborative.
